  History was made when the first ever UMA’s was
launched at the Hammersmith Palais on the 4th of
December 2003.

A host of invited guests from Music, TV, Fashion, and Sports world
came to witness history in the making.

The UMA awards are the only award ceremonies to represent 100% British based
urban and underground artists, dj’s, musicians, labels, club nights that make up
the vibrant underground music scene and others who have emerged from this
vibrant underground and urban music scene here in Britain.
